Registration is mandatory.

Participants must be 5 years of age or older.

You can choose any form of art such as sand art, art using recycled items, charcoal painting, acrylics, watercolors, pencil art, sketching and more.

Judging is based on age, theme, originality, and creativity. Learner Circle's decision will be final

Artwork Submission and Display

Processing Fee: All selected candidates are required to pay a one-time processing fee of
AED 100 before April 10th, to display their artwork at the Dubai Utsav event. -
Artwork Drop-off: Please bring your original artwork to the Dubai Utsav event on April 20th, at 9:00 am

Artwork Pick-up: You can collect your artwork at the end of the event on April 20th, at 5:00 pm

How to join this event?This is an online event. You will receive an online meeting link from Learner Circle

Is there a theme that I should take up?You are free to choose any specific topic or theme that you wish to follow

How long is the event?Based on our past experience, the event will last for more than 45 minutes depending on the number of participants.
